De-Escalation and Dementia: Practical Tools for LEOs & First Responders

Join us for a powerful, hands-on training designed specifically for Law Enforcement Officers and First Responders. Led by nationally recognized speaker Gary LeBlanc, this interactive session focuses on recognizing signs of confusion, building trust in high-stress moments, calming agitation, and choosing words that de-escalate rather than escalate.
Participants will also experience an immersive Virtual Dementia Tour, offering firsthand insight into the sensory challenges individuals living with dementia may face—transforming awareness into empathy and practical action.
